Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs:

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to bed/room availability.

Special rate is chargeable for early check-in from 7 AM to 12 PM and late check-out from 12 PM to 6 PM.

Full rates will apply for for check-ins at 7 AM or check-outs after 6 PM.

Room not occupied by 10 PM will be considered as a No Show, unless prior arrangements has been made. 

All guests must have a valid ID upon check-in.

Early check-outs and No Shows are subject to a full room charge for the total nights booked.

50% down payment is required. Once a reservation is confirmed, please notify us by e-mail or by phone of any cancellation or modification of the booking at least 3 days (72 hours) before arrival for FIT bookings and 2 weeks before arrival for group bookings. Otherwise, a full rate for 1 night will be charged per room.

For Peak Seasons, all reservations payments are non-refundable.
